All sponsorship funding is used to pursue the organization’s mission of supporting minority students with their business affiliated aspirations through industry exposure, professional development opportunities, educational resources, and community involvement.

As one of UC Berkeley’s affinity organizations, MEBA hosts numerous DEI events with recruiters as a means to create an equitable recruitment process for their organizations.
